Customs, Duties & Taxes
To our friends in the European Union (EU), all orders placed from 6th July 2023 will no longer encounter additional charges or duties upon delivery if the total value of your order is under €150. This means the price you pay in your cart is the final price you’ll pay.
To our friends in the United States, please note you will not be charged any extra fees unless your order is over $600.
Other International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.
We recommend you check with your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order. If you are unsure please do reach out to us at info@dlouise.co.uk.
Returns
If you change your mind you can return your item/s for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons) and gift cards. All returns can be quickly submitted via our returns portal, and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
We process returns within 14 days, and any funds will be returned to your account within 10 working days. If you choose to return only a portion of an order that included a free item(s) as part of a promotional offer, the value of the free item(s) or discount will be deducted proportionally from the refund amount or may be billed separately.
To return your order please click here, where you can submit your details and arrange your postage. Once that is complete, you will be emailed with your postage label or QR code, along with the instructions of where to post your return. D. Louise does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange. All postage costs are calculated and payable at the last step on our returns portal before receiving your postage label/ QR code.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Christmas Returns Period
We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season, all online orders placed between 16th November - 24th December can be returned or exchanged up until 24th January, excluding earrings + gift cards. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal 30 day returns policy applies.
